This is Tencel’s original everyday use bed. It differs from its spare room beds from its spring quality and upholstery levels being far greater. Put simply it’s designed to support cradle and give a zero-gravity feel to every night’s sleep. The Tencel is layered in itself acting as a spring unit in its own right. Then combined with a nested pocket spring for ultimate support. The whole spring unit is fully encapsulated and the benefit of bordering the springs for edge sleepers, people with bad backs or people with limited mobility is unprecedented. Tencel’s claim is once you’ve slept on a Tencel, you’ll never want to sleep anywhere else. And to be fair to them we have seen this for ourselves in our stores, once someone has bought a Tencel, they won’t ever look at another bed. If you’ve not heard of Tencel, then explained very simply, it’s in the same family as bamboo & Gore-Tex.
Tencel is a natural product, and whilst man-made memory foam tries to copy it, to quote Tencel, don’t mess with nature.

we will always get onto the manufacturers on your behalf. The
main times there are any problems with a bed is normally
when it comes to setting the new bed up in the bedroom, that’s
why we would prefer to set the bed up for you. We also carry
spares in our vans, so should something be missing in the
manufacturers' pack, there is a good chance we will have
spares.
