we will always get onto the manufacturers on your behalf. The
main times there are any problems with a bed is normally
when it comes to setting the new bed up in the bedroom, that’s
why we would prefer to set the bed up for you. We also carry
spares in our vans, so should something be missing in the
manufacturers' pack, there is a good chance we will have
spares.

Purchase of Single Resteezzee 2 Drawer Divan in New Hopsack
The other week I arrived at ‘Vic Smith Beds’ in the hope that I would be able to find a comfortable bed to replace an ancient lumpy one. I was not disappointed.
I valued talking with you as you quickly understood what was required and helped guide me to a product that would fit the bill. However, you were also willing to listen while I took to pondering for 5 minutes over whether to have a wooden bed frame or a two drawer base.
When I rang up to confirm the purchase I was able to talk with Denise, who was also very helpful as I chose the covering for the base. She was spot on for the New Hopsack goes well with the room and therefore no need for a valance.
The bed was promptly delivered, the old headboard fixed onto it and the old bed removed. The person who sleeps in the bed reports to me that it is “top drawer” ie – top quality and a very good bed. Thank you Vic for helping and guiding me to choosing what has proved to be a great bed. I am not known for making quick decisions, but your understanding of what was required, your knowledge and expertise meant that I was able to feel confident in what was decided on.
I have no hesitation in recommending your shop and expertise.
