Pricing and Delivery of Goods

Local Delivery is by our own fleet of vans & our own staff (minimim of two staff per van) where we will be happy take the items into a room of your choice, assemble new and remove your old bed.

Delivery outside of our local delivery area (classed as National) is by courier. Please note that couriers drop off to your door only. They will not assemble and they will not remove your old bed.

However our Local Delivery Service can be booked for National Delivery at an extra cost (which would then include our own staff – minimum of two staff per van). As above, our staff are happy to take the items into a room of your choice, assemble new and remove your old bed. This can be arranged anywhere in the UK from Scotland down to the Portsmouth South coast from Wales to Norfolk.

You are welcome to pick up and collect from our store, but since we offer a free local delivery service, why not let us deliver instead of struggling yourself. The pricing and delivery of the Goods shall be the price quoted on the Site (which we reserve the right to change). Payment details must be provided at the time of order placement (including full contact numbers & postcode).

You confirm that you have given us the correct billing address of your credit/debit card and, in respect of Goods and if different to the billing address, that you have also notified us of the correct delivery address.

Normal practice is for us to contact you via telephone within 48 hours to confirm the stock status of the goods and to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Normal practice is that the Goods will be delivered by our own vans, and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time for delivery. If our driver calls within the time agreed and is unable to deliver the Goods then a re-delivery charge will apply.

To ensure that you have received your Goods, the delivery driver will request a signature for proof of delivery.

Deliveries of Goods within the UK will normally be made within 2 to 3 weeks. We will notify you either if there will be a delay or if the item is no longer available. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to offer an alternative product.

All prices displayed on goods include VAT (where applicable).
