Just wanted to let everyone know that I purchased a Staples King size bed from Vic's Smith 18 years ago. At the time I paid over £1,500.00 for it and had an earful from my husband. To this day we still enjoy sleeping on the bed, it still maintains it firmness just like if we got it last month. Even my husband says it was money well spent (and that's saying something).
I have introduced other people to this remarkable shop and no one has come away with out having said positive things about their purchases and the sales staff. I to have now purchased a Faux Ottoman Bed for my son. I did my research on them and Vic's model is the business. It may not have been the cheapest, but for me it is quality that takes preference. I had always heard about this shop but never visited it, as it is far for me and I am 80 years old.
However I needed a double bed asap and thought I go and see what beds were on sale.
All I can say is that I wish I had visited this shop many years ago, I would have saved a lot more money.
My bed could have been delivered that day, but in the end I took delivery this morning.
I am now the proud owner of a 4 draw double divan bed with a pocket spring and memory foam mattress.
I lay down to have another feel of it and ended up sleeping for over 1 and a half hours. Well enjoyed.

"I am writing to let you know about the journey of my bed, purchased at Vic Smith Bedding Ltd on 27th December 2008 (invoice no. 14223) The double bed with 4 drawers was originally bought for our flat in Southgate and we comfortably had it there for all of 2009, then at the end of last year we relocated to San Francisco and had the bed shipped over. It made the long journey very smoothly and arrived with us some weeks later with no damages. So for the last 6 months it has been in our flat in San Francisco and is still as comfortable and lovely as ever. Not sure where it will end up next!!
