We recently ran a customer satisfaction survey we were very impressed with our results:
90% of customers come from recommendations. 42% of them have bought from us before.
We also run a survey at time of delivery asking our customers would they recommend us to family or friends, we scored a 99% hit rate. Pretty amazing when you think most people hate surveys.
